 　Nissei Electronics Co., Ltd. is a global intelligent manufacturing enterprise with a long history of electronic components. It was established in Okaya , Nagano Prefecture, Japan in 1959. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nissei Electronics in Japan.

 　The company is headquartered in the Weiyang Economic Development Zone in Yangzhou, China, with production and R&D bases established in Hanamaki, Iwate Prefecture, and Okaya, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. It operates R&D Centers in Yangzhou and Suzhou, China and Japan.

 　Nissei also has direct Sales offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Kobe, as well as a sales subsidiary in the United States. The company also has agency partnerships in Germany, South Korea, and Taiwan, China, enabling it to provide services to customers worldwide.
